1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between mrm88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and each individual who registers an account or accesses the mrm88 platform ("Player", "you", "your").

9.1 All content, materials, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and intellectual property on the mrm88 platform are owned by or licensed to mrm88 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mrm88 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. 11.1 mrm88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; failure to complete KYC verification; or at mrm88's discretion where it deems such action necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

11.2 Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the Player, any balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

11.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, mrm88 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation of the breach. Balances associated with prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

11.4 You may close your mrm88 account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.

13.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the mrm88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mrm88 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature.
